Jim Astuto – Vice Chairman

Retired corporate executive with over 30 years of experience in managing multi-million and billion dollar operating budgets at Fortune 100 Corporations such as Verizon Communications, The HJ Heinz Company and PPG Industries. Graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Economics. Graduate of Point Park University with a degree in Computer Science – Summa Cum Laude

Second Vice Chairman – Bill Byrne

Bill Byrne served as Chairman of the Cobb County Board of Commissioners from 1992 – 2002. Byrne is a Marine Corps veteran who served from 1965 to 1975 and retired from the Corp with the rank of Captain. Since 1992 he has owned the Byrne Design Group, a planning firm that focuses on master planning, site planning, environmental impact analysis and zoning presentations.
