About CTA

The Cobb County Taxpayers Association (CCTA) was established in 2005 to
serve as a watchdog organization over the spending and taxing policies and
practices of the Cobb County government and local municipalities in the County.

It is the position of CCTA that the citizens of Cobb are already paying too
much in taxes, so it is our mission to galvanize public support for reductions in
government spending, tax reduction, and opposition to increases in our taxes.
We derive our inspiration from the limited government political philosophy of
President Ronald Reagan who once said “Government is too big and costs too
much.”
